Operational Strategies to Employee Empowerment in Distribution Companies of Iran

The main purpose of this article is to provide operational strategies in order to empower employees in distribution companies in Iran. The results show due to the low cost of training and research and development in these companies, the small share of professionally educated employees, low share of a computer using employees, low share of companies using barcode reader devices are the most common problems of human resources in these companies. Therefore we can consider enhancing professional and organizational levels interactions (giving professional status internally and externally); training and providing necessary logistics in the planning and coordination (importance of human capital versus labor force); incentives prediction to promote creativity; equipping distribution companies to the laws, instructions and information about job through forcing the community to provide required informational and technical services to stakeholders as the strategies to empower human resources. But due to the importance of financing in the beginning of each activity, we require predicting some strategies in order to finance the companies.
